Amy Hastings is currently training for the 2015 Berlin Marathon. She has so far had an impressive career at 10,000 meters and finished 20th in the 2013 New York City Marathon (2:42.50) and improved to 5th in the 2014 Chicago Marathon, knocking 15 minutes off her previous time (2:27:03).

Her interval training is designed to simulate the last six miles of a marathon and is a must for anyone currently in training.
