You’re body starts to fall apart when you get older because you let it. If you sit at a desk all day, you’re going to get fat and unfit. You’ll suffer from back and neck pain. You’re joints will ache and you’ll make noises when you get up. Life-long fitness is not an option. It is essential. Whether you want to work out hard Frank Medrano style or rather go for long runs, you really cannot – must not let yourself go. Once the decline start, then it’s a long hard road back up.
