Colin McPhail from Scotland explains how the body can be seen as a series of springs, which, if utilized correctly, can help you to run faster and with less risk of injury.

The movie is split into 3 main sections, the lower body feet and legs, the upper body torso arms hands head and shoulders and the third area which not a lot of emphasis goes toward, the hips including the hip stabilisers glutes abs and quads.
There are a number of simple drills and exercises based on each of these areas but mainly to do with correct foot placement.
The manual that go’s along with this movie can be obtained through from early 2015 once its published.
