Get off your butt and get running!

There are 101 excuses for not going out for a run: I’m feeling a bit tired today…. My legs are still sore from the last run…. I think I may be getting a cold…. etcetera, etcetera.

The fact is, if you really want to make a change for the better in your life – fitter, more energy, slimmer – then you have to do something. Sitting on the couch with your beer, junk food and TV is slowly killing you. Get up and get going!
