Running Form – how to run better and faster

I struggle a bit with my weight, which is why I took up running in the first place. I just ran…. then I hurt my knee.

So a friend of mine, who’s a physiotherapist, suggested that I sought out a trainer to correct the way I ran a bit. I actually went on to you tube and found this.

Once I could go running again, I started working on my technique based on the information contained within. It’s good stuff and I have had no knee problems since – touch wood!
