Using the ‘lace lack’ technique to prevent blisters

So that’s what the extra lace hole is for!

Blisters are not something I really suffer from, probably because I am not yet at the stage where I can run for more than an hour. However, I am working my way up to a marathon, hopefully in about six to eight months, and I reckon blisters could become an issue.

I have often wondered what the extra lace hole is for and now I know! This is a very simple technique and really does stop the show from moving around on your foot.
